New 23" version of our very popular Twirly Skirt. This wonderful basic pull on skirt is designed as a fit and flare. The material lays flat on the stomach and then softly flares in order that it is flattering. The material is a light weight poly-jersey that can be worn in the day with a t-shirt as well as by night with a blouse or sweater. It's the perfect skirt to pack for a get-away as it is truly multi-purpose. It makes a wonderful bathing suit cover up as well. There are no attached leggings, but many ladies tell us they throw this on over their own leggings.
