New 23" version of our very popular Twirly Skirt. This wonderful basic pull on skirt is designed as a fit and flare. The material lays flat on the stomach and then softly flares in order that it is flattering. The material is a poly-jersey that can be worn in the day with a t-shirt as well as by night with a blouse or sweater. It's the perfect skirt to pack for a get-away as it is truly multi-purpose. It makes a wonderful bathing suit cover up as well. There are no attached leggings, but many ladies tell us they throw this on over their own leggings.

Ran 2023 NYC Full Marathon and all my training runs

Great skirt, performs well in summer heat or winter frost. Didn’t slow me down or cause any abrasions. Ran over 2K+ miles. I bought 4 and just rotate.

Just wish it came in rain proof. After 30 minutes in pouring rain it starts to hold weight and slow me down. But that’s only in extreme weather.

Fabulous twirly skirt

I bought this for vacation, and it was fantastic. You can dress it up or down. It didn’t wrinkle either. Love it.

Just what I was looking for

I have been searching for a few months trying to find a skirt like this. I had one like this before but couldn’t find a replica.
It’s very soft, flowey, and light which are exactly the features I wanted. I wear all my skirts at my hips/belly button line, and it falls just below my knees. Overall I am very happy and will be ordering from here again :)
