Return Policy & Procedure
We sincerely hope that you love your Snoga products and never feel the need to return anything – but if you do, we gladly accept returns and exchanges in most cases.
Exchanges for a different size of the same item are FREE.
You may also choose to exchange for store credit if you'd like to exchange for a different style or color. If you prefer to return your product, there will be an $8 processing fee.

Most of the time, returns must be established within 30 days from the day the order is fulfilled – this will be the date that you received your shipping confirmation.
During the winter holiday months, this is extended: if your order was fulfilled between November 18 – December 25, you will have until January 31 to initiate a return.
When initiating a return, you will be required to state the reason for return. Valid reasons for return include:
- Item arrived damaged
- Wrong item was sent
- The item you received was not what you expected it to be
- The item was too small or too large
- You simply changed your mind (we really want you to love your Snoga!)
When you initiate a return, you will receive an email with a link to your shipping label and instructions on sending your item back to us. Once your return label has been scanned by USPS, your refund will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.
Not Eligible For Returns Or Refunds
Items purchased on “final sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.
Additional products not eligible for returns or refunds include masks and hats.
