We want you to love how your Snoga fits. If something isn't right, most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the day your order is fulfilled.
Start here
Begin a return or exchange at snoga.loopreturns.com. You'll be asked to choose a reason — damaged, wrong item, fit, or simply changed your mind.
Return window
Returns must be established within 30 days of fulfillment. During the holidays, orders fulfilled between Nov 18 and Dec 25 have until January 31 to be returned.
Exchanges & fees
- Size exchange for the same item — a flat $5 fee.
- Return for refund — an $8 processing fee applies.
- Prefer a different style or color? Choose store credit and shop freely.
Not eligible
Items marked final sale or clearance can't be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Masks, hats, and international orders are also excluded.
