Once your return is on its way back to us, here's exactly what to expect.

When you'll be refunded

Once we've received your returned product, please allow three business days for your refund to post to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to display it.

What's refunded

• The full item price, less any applicable fee (an $8 return processing fee, or the $5 flat fee for a size exchange).
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Prefer credit? Choose store credit during your return for the full item value — no processing fee — and use it on any style or color.
