The material is a light weight poly-jersey that can be worn in the day with a t-shirt as well as by night with a blouse or sweater. It's the perfect skirt to pack for a get-away as it is truly multi-purpose. It makes a wonderful bathing suit cover up as well. There are no attached leggings, but many ladies tell us they throw this on over their own leggings.
Reviewers overwhelmingly say this style fits true to size. Between sizes or curvier through the hips? Most go with their larger size.
